Critiques of Mrs G Waugh

Excellent wide top with well feathered ears, fairly smooth skull, snub nose, large copper eyes of good shape. Short nose, full square muzzle, acceptable bite. Good body shape, nice coat slightly shady, and more could have been done with it.

2ND. LAVIDA-BEARDS BALOOBOO QUEEN OF THE NIGHT – Black with along flowing coat, perhaps needing a touch more preparation, but a nice sound black. Breadth to head, small ears, quite a short nose, firm chin, good bone and substance – nice to handle.

2 Lavida-Beard’s BALOOBOO QUEEN OF THE NIGHT
A black girl of one year of age who had lovely Persian type. Cobby frame that was well grown of good weight , rounded rump,  set low on short thick legs. Broad rounded head with good spacing between neat ears. Very pleasing facial expression with bold, large, round eyes with good copper eye colour. Very short nose with a strong nose break and a black nose leather and generous size  nostrils. Broad muzzle with full rounded cheeks and a deep chin with a good level bite. The tail was short and fluffy and the coat was of medium length and not very long and lacking in undercoat at this time of year but it was soft and silky in texture and was a shiny sound black with only just a little shadiness on her tummy which was a little curly. A sweet girl who is very promising and who has plenty going for her but who was very nervous when handled at first although she relaxed once she was returned to her pen.

PERSIAN BLACK ADULT
1 CC + BOB LAVIDA-BEARD’S BALOOBOO QUEEN OF THE NIGHT, 1, F, 20.6.2011

Critiques of Mrs A Gregory

A very sweet young female with promise; her head had breadth and was well rounded with neat little ears, rounded at the tips and set well apart in the contours of the head. The ears were well furnished. The forehead was rounded and she had a short, broad nose with a stop. The cheeks were full as was the muzzle. She had large, full, round eyes that were a rich copper tone and a bold expression. She had a cobby body and stood low on sturdy legs. Her tail was short and bushy. She had a long coat that was fine and soft in texture. She was an excellent black but is lacking undercoat at present although she was very well presented to her best advantage. She was in excellent condition with a lovely temperament.

3 Lavida-Beard’s BALOOBOO QUEEN OF THE NIGHT
A very pretty black girl with lovely type and unfortunate to meet such strong competitors in this class. She had a broad top with neat ears sited far apart on top. Huge round eyes had excellent copper colour and the loveliest feminine expression. Very short nose had a very strong nose break and a black nose leather and wide nostrils. The cheeks were full and rounded, the chin was deep and firm, the muzzle had good width and the bite was very slightly undershot. The coat was a shiny black over her head and back and was fairly sound but there were some odd dead white hairs present in the coat and she was a little shady and rusty on her tummy which could have had more grooming. Knowing  how hard it is to keep and maintain a dense black coat,  this girl was nevertheless in good condition and was a very wriggly girl when handled.

Doncaster Show 27th of October 2012

Im very pleased to announce that Lunar Eclipse is now a Champion! Not only that, she has been championed in three straight shows!

She did extremely well indeed, considerering the past this venue was extremely cold for her so a Huge Congratulations my darling on sticking the cold out and acheiving your achieving your title of CHAMPION!!!

                !

......and also as for with her being a breeding female, she was lacking undercoat and had just recently finished a calling the day before and she has had frequent callings. I am now planning giving her some TLC and a break from shows before breeding her on her next calling.

                                  Here she is, standing proud:

Ch Balooboo Queen Of The Night.

Good looking black female, round smooth head with full cheeks good width between neat ears, short broad nose with a deep break, excellent large round copper coloured eyes, cobby cat with a long black coat, lacks undercoat today was a big decision whether to award the cc or not as I think it was borderline, but I eventually decided to give it.
